One of the fastest growing Construction Companies requires a Talent Acquisition Specialist for its building/infrastructure projects in Dubai, UAE. The candidate:
Must be a Graduate with 7 to 10 years' experience in recruitment of White-Collar Staff and Blue-Collar workman for Construction Companies in the Gulf region, preferably in the UAE.
Familiar with construction job categories (Civil, MEP, Infrastructure, etc.)
Good understanding of construction roles and technical requirements
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, employee referrals, and other innovative channels.
Prepare and maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and regular reporting for leadership.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Professional attitude and attention to detail.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
