Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong talent for headhunting top candidates across all roles, especially in IT. The ideal candidate will be experienced in using various job portals, social media and professional networks to identify, attract and engage the best candidates in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and attract candidates using headhunting techniques, online platforms and creative outreach strategies. Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for technical and non-technical roles. Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions, especially in IT Proactively identify suitable profiles on platforms. Conduct initial screening and assessments to shortlist qualified candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews, collect feedback and ensure a smooth hiring process. Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and expectations. Stay up-to-date with emerging hiring trends, especially in technology and digital domains. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.

Key Requirements:

1 to 3 years

of experience in

talent acquisition and headhunting

, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Excellent sourcing skills across multiple platforms and ability to tap into

passive candidate markets

. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate. Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities efficiently. Self-motivated, result-oriented and passionate about recruitment and talent engagement.
