This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition - Recruiter located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Daily tasks include collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, initiating job postings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with candidates, and providing feedback. The Recruiter will also assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
Minimum 1year working as a real estate broker in Dubai is a MUST
Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and Hiring skills
Strong Communication and Interviewing skills
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in talent acquisition or human resources is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
