Lead the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
Receive and handle requests for job openings from internal departments
Collaborate closely with the team to understand the requirements, provide updates and maintain consistency during the recruitment process
Advertise job opportunities on various job board platforms
Screen and shortlist qualified candidate
Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments and follow-up communication
Maintain and update candidate databases and talent pipelines
Oversee and facilitate the onboarding procedures for new employees, ensuring that all necessary documentation and regulatory standards are met
Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee timely and accurate onboarding process of new employees
Support performance management processes by tracking new hires' progress, gathering feedback and aligning outcomes with role objectives
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years of UAE-based recruitment experience
Experience in construction industry
Strong understanding of UAE labour laws and market hiring trends
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
Interviewing and Hiring skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously
