Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to the UAE real estate market.
Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for various real estate roles (brokers, sales, leasing, property management, admin, etc.).
Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, interviews, assessments, and offer management.
Maintain and expand a strong candidate pipeline through networking, headhunting, and professional platforms.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver suitable candidates within set timelines.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
Manage recruitment metrics and provide regular updates/reports to management.
Enhance employer branding by creating engaging recruitment campaigns and strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years UAE experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the real estate sector.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and recruitment best practices.
Proven track record of successfully hiring in a competitive market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
