Best Solution Corporate Services Provider is seeking a driven and organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to meet the company's operational needs. This role requires strong recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to identifying high-quality candidates in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across different departments. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and create tailored recruitment strategies. Prepare and post engaging job descriptions across multiple platforms. Actively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other channels. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to shortlist qualified applicants. Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads and hiring managers. Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process. Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and generate recruitment reports. Participate in job fairs and external recruitment events as needed. Support employer branding efforts through online platforms and events.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Knowledge of UAE labor laws is a plus. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders. Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities to handle multiple recruitment cycles simultaneously. Strong reporting and analytical skills to track performance and suggest improvements. A proactive, fast-paced approach to work, with a willingness to learn and adapt to the company's dynamic environment.
