Job Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
2-4 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
