Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to fill various positions across our organization specially focused on real estate agents. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in recruitment and HR in the UAE and a strong understanding of the local job market. Real Estate industry experience would be an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates, clients, and partners
Screen and filter resumes and cover letters to identify the most suitable candidates for vacant positions
Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and fit for the role
Coordinate with hiring managers to clarify job requirements and expectations
Prepare and present job offers to selected candidates
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interview notes, and job postings
Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations in the UAE and ensure compliance with all recruitment processes
Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure a smooth recruitment process
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or HR in the UAE
Strong knowledge of the local job market and labor laws in the UAE
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience with recruitment software and technology (e.g. applicant tracking systems)
Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional certifications in recruitment or HR (e.g. CIPD, SHRM)
Experience with local employment agencies or staffing companies
Knowledge of international recruitment best practices
