Job Responsibilities:
Source, identify, and attract top talent using various methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking)
Coordinate with hiring managers and owners for all recruitment requirements
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from application through onboarding
Qualifications:
Graduate of Human Resources or Psychology
With 2 years proven experience in recruitment and sourcing
Strong verbal and written skills
Computer skills
Immediate joiner is preferred
