Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Maintain and update the company's recruitment database, ensuring that all candidate information is accurate and confidential.
Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive salary benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition.
Support the development of the company's employer brand to ensure the company remains an attractive choice for top talent.
Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source of hire.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
Strong knowledge of the UAE labor market and construction industry recruitment trends.
