Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, job boards, and networking.
Conduct initial screening, interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, candidate tracking, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
Build a strong employer brand and maintain a talent pipeline.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Track and report hiring metrics and improve recruitment effectiveness.
Organize and attend career fairs, walk-in drives, and industry events.
