Key Responsibilities:



Talent Sourcing:


Utilize diverse recruitment channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and industry networking to engage high-caliber candidates.

Candidate Screening:


Evaluate resumes and conduct thorough phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

Interview Coordination:


Organize and manage interview schedules, partnering with hiring managers to ensure an efficient and engaging interview process.

Employer Branding:


Elevate our employer brand by promoting HJ Real Estate as a top workplace through social media initiatives, job fairs, and other recruitment events.

Job Postings:


Craft compelling job descriptions that accurately communicate the role's requirements and appeal to qualified candidates.

Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:


Oversee the offer process, including salary and benefits negotiations, and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Collaboration:


Work closely with hiring managers to understand departmental recruitment needs and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.

Data Tracking and Reporting:


Maintain precise records of candidate pipelines and hiring metrics, providing regular updates to management on recruitment progress.

Continuous Improvement:


Stay informed on talent acquisition best practices and actively seek innovative solutions to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.

Preferred Candidate Profile:



Proven experience in real estate recruitment is highly desirable. Fluency in Chinese, Russian, Spanish, or Tagalog is a plus, contributing to our diverse workforce and client base.
