This role requires excellent interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of recruitment strategies. Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct interviews, screen candidates, and evaluate their qualifications.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and identify ideal candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
