Operating within the vibrant hub of Dubai, the position is integral to our client\'s regional HR team, servicing talent acquisition and onboarding needs across their GCC business. Roles and Responsibilities:

\xe2\x80\x8b - Overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and pre-screening candidates to salary negotiation and mobilization, across various projects, particularly in the GCC region.

- Crafting innovative solutions for competitive sourcing challenges and collaborating with Line Managers to develop and review sourcing plans for attracting top talent.

- Conducting statistical analyses to evaluate the quality of candidates for future deployments, ensuring a continuous improvement in the recruitment process.

- Crafting compelling advertisements and leveraging online platforms and social networks for job postings to maximize candidate outreach.

- Employing diverse strategies to attract new talents, utilizing job portals, social media, and professional networking websites.

- Vigilantly monitoring the progress of mobilization stages and ensuring adherence to timelines in each recruitment phase.

- Analyzing hiring metrics and results, providing data-driven recommendations to enhance the overall recruiting process.

- Providing timely updates to Line Managers and Senior Management on the status of ongoing recruitment.

- Coordinating the accreditation of agencies in respective countries and managing communication with PRO and agencies to streamline the visa process.

- Generating recruitment-related reports as needed to keep stakeholders informed.

- Serving as an internal advisor on talent acquisition matters and participating in related projects.

- Cultivating strong relationships with line managers and business leaders to understand and address their teams\' hiring needs effectively.

- Innovatively seeking ways to enhance the efficiency of the hiring and onboarding processes on a holistic level.

Requirements

- Ideally possess a Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent educational qualification.

- Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience in a recruitment-centric role.

- Exhibit outstanding communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

- Display proficiency in written and verbal communication in English.

- Showcase adept analytical and decision-making capabilities.

- Embrace a data-driven approach, with a track record of reporting on key performance indicators and hands-on experience with recruitment tools and systems.

- Proficiently navigate the MS Office Suite, showcasing skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Exhibit a rapid learning curve and an adaptable working style.
