TALENT ACQUISITION Tusmo Real Estate is seeking for an experienced talent acquisition specialist The candidate must have
- Proven experience of 2 or 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or similar role ,preferable in real estate firm in UAE (overall experience should not be above 5yrs)
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems , LinkedIn,indeed ,,, to proactively source candidates
- Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates
- Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references
- Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
- Coordination skills with the management to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent in human resources management or similar field
- HR or Talent Acquisition: 3 years (Required)
