Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description

  • Investigate and determine employer needs
  • Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies
  • Source and filter CV\'s candidates qualified for open positions
  • Post open positions in different job portals
  • Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests etc.)
  • Reviews employment applications and background check reports
  • Suggest measures for improving employee retention
  • Determine recruiting KPIs
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Plastic Manufacturing Industry
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies;
  • Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization\'s hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
  • Appropriate familiarity with UAE Labor Law, regulatory requirements, and employee relations practices.
  • Similar industry experience is mandatory
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
