Key ResponsibilitiesPoint of contact for the Recruitment related topics of assigned organization scope.Participate in different Recruitment and projects to contribute for the improvement of Recruitment process.Engage with clients on a case-by-case basis.Source and assess candidates as per the standards and qualifications from the client.Post and manage the candidates pooling using the online recruitment platformsQualification Standards, Knowledge & ExperienceHaving minimum of 5 years working experience, with a good understanding of the different Recruitment and HR processes (soft and hard).Ideally experience in any of the sectors: Engineering, O&G, Construction, Aerospace & Defense, Power GenerationRecruitment experience in the Middle East is an advantage.Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.Having experience hiring BIM, Engineering resources is a must.Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.Have a flexible and motivated team player.Handle the Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) very well.Having a client minded and goal-oriented focus and you have a problem-solving attitude.Excellent English Communication. Other language would be an advantageSolid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)Detail oriented.EDUCATION & TRAININGBachelors degree required.Compensation & BenefitsA motivating salary with challenging bonus objectives.An opportunity to travel in other Duncan and Ross branches.
