Job Overview



We are seeking a proactive and results-driven

Talent Acquisition Specialist

to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across Qatar. The role focuses on sourcing, attracting, and hiring high-quality talent while partnering with hiring managers to support business growth and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities



Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical, professional, and support roles across Qatar. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and timelines. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, agencies, and headhunting. Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical and final interviews. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Prepare and manage job postings, interview schedules, and offer documentation. Conduct salary benchmarking and support offer negotiations. Coordinate joining formalities, onboarding, and pre-employment documentation. Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire). Ensure recruitment practices comply with Qatar labor law and company policies. Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

3-7 years

of experience in

talent acquisition or recruitment

, preferably in Qatar or GCC. Experience hiring for technical, construction, engineering, IT, or corporate roles is an advantage. Strong knowledge of Qatar labor market and recruitment channels. Experience using job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS/HRIS systems.

Strong sourcing and interviewing skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to manage multiple roles and tight deadlines. Result-oriented, organized, and proactive mindset. Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.
