Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Point of contact for the Recruitment related topics of assigned organization scope.
  • Participate in different Recruitment and projects to contribute for the improvement of Recruitment process.
  • Engage with clients on a case-by-case basis.
  • Source and assess candidates as per the standards and qualifications from the client.
  • Post and manage the candidates pooling using the online recruitment platforms
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
  • Having minimum of 6 years working experience, with a good understanding of the different Recruitment and HR processes
  • Ideally experience in any of the sectors: Engineering, O&G, Construction, Aerospace & Defense, Technology, Telco Sector and Railway.
  • Recruitment experience in the Middle East is an advantage.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Having experience hiring BIM resources is an advantage.
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have a flexible and motivated team player.
  • Having a client minded and goal-oriented focus and you have a problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent English Communication. Other language would be an advantage
  • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Detail oriented.
EDUCATION & TRAINING
  • Bachelors degree required.
