Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Property Shop Investment located in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The Specialist will be responsible for tasks such as contract negotiation, recruiting, and procurement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate environment.
Knowledge in doing full 360 recruitment
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and UAE labor laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with employer branding and social media recruiting.
Knowledge of industry-specific hiring trends and talent pools.
Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, AIRS) is a plus.
