Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles (Property Managers, Leasing Consultants, Maintenance Technicians, and Corporate Staff).
Employer Branding:
Enhance our presence on Glassdoor and LinkedIn to position Capstone Real Estate as an employer of choice in the property management industry.
Screening & Interviewing:
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess cultural fit, technical skills, and salary alignment.
Offer Management:
Coordinate the offer process, including background checks, reference checks, and salary negotiations.
Pipeline Building:
Maintain a proactive "bench" of talent for high-turnover roles like Leasing and Maintenance to ensure properties are never understaffed.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience:
2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting (experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Property Management is a major plus).
Communication:
Exceptional interpersonal skills; you will be talking to people from all walks of life, from HVAC techs to Executive VPs.
Organization:
Ability to manage 15-20+ open requisitions across multiple locations simultaneously.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
