Duties and responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidate qualifications.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and on boarding.
Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to reach potential candidates.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Person Specification
Bachelor's degree Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition is a plus.
