Manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate roles across the organization Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple channels Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements Handle offer management, negotiations, and onboarding coordination Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements:
Mandatory:
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in theUAE real estate industry
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and hiring practices Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage) Ability to manage multiple roles independently Proficiency in ATS/HR systems (real estate hiring experience is essential)Interested candidates with relevant UAE real estate experience only may apply.
