UAE-experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated recruitment professional who understands the local market and can support end-to-end hiring across the organization.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines Utilize job portals, social media, referrals, and other sourcing channels Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience Maintain recruitment databases and prepare hiring reports Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives in the UAE market
Job Requirements
Arabic speaker (mandatory)
1-2 years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience in the UAE
Strong knowledge of the UAE labor market and recruitment practices Experience using job portals and ATS systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneouslyMust be locally available in the UAE
