Property Shop Investment is seeking an experienced
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join our dynamic HR team. Applicants with
2-3 years of UAE recruitment experience
are highly preferred.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions.
Conduct reference checks and coordinate offer letters and employment contracts.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-3 years of Talent Acquisition experience in the UAE
(mandatory/preferred).
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and recruitment practices.
Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools is a plus.
