Manage end-to-end recruitment for various real estate positions
Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through different hiring platforms
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports
Assist in onboarding and ensure a smooth joining process
Build strong pipelines for real estate roles and maintain relationships with potential candidates
Ensure recruitment activities align with company standards and timelines
Requirements:
1-2 years of recruitment experience in the UAE
(real estate industry preferred)
Arabic speaker (mandatory)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of UAE market hiring practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Proficiency in using job portals and recruitment tools
