Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the UAE.
Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
