Job Description

Identify and attract top talent, implementing efficient hiring processes that align with the company's business objectives that involves developing and executing recruitment strategies, building a positive candidate experience, and contributing to the organization's growth while optimizing time and cost efficiency in the hiring process.

Workforce Planning & Hiring Strategy Development

:

Collaborate with department heads and leadership to identify current and future staffing needs at IdeaCrate.

Propose recruitment strategies to line managers based on shortlisting criteria and the criticality of roles.

Coordinate CEO interviews for shortlisted candidates, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Oversee probation, confirmation, promotions, transfers, deputation and separation process of the employees.

Formulate effective hiring strategies tailored to the unique needs and growth plans of IdeaCrate.

Devise innovative approaches for attracting talent specifically for Orange Wheels, Orange Hub, and Orange Seeds Nursery.

Stay abreast of industry trends and implement practices that resonate with Idea Crate's mission.

Recruitment Processes



Utilize ODOO CRM software for efficient management of the recruitment process.

Prepare detailed job descriptions for all roles within the organization, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.

Take responsibility for job openings from formulation to the release of job offers.

Coordinate with relevant teams for the onboarding process.

Candidate Experience



Ensure a positive and personalized candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Handle employee induction co ordinating with the HR team and provide relocation support.

Gather feedback from candidates and implement improvements to enhance the overall recruitment process.

Sourcing and Candidate Outreach



Utilize personal databases, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, and Naukri for sourcing and screening potential candidates. Conduct recruitment activities primarily for IdeaCrate and Seeds, extending efforts to Wheels and Hub as needed. Attend recruitment events, including job fairs, specifically targeting roles at Orange Seeds and junior positions at IdeaCrate. Utilize networking and references for hiring senior-level positions, aligning candidates with the company's values and goals. Encourage and advise on internal references, fostering a sense of community and engagement among existing employees.

Compliance and Documentation



Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities. Collaborate with relevant teams to uphold organizational standards. Documenting the changes in Organization chart as and when there are changes in positions or the structures.

Cost and Time Efficiency



Optimize the efficiency of the hiring process using ODOO software in future. Identify cost-effective recruitment methods without compromising on the quality of hires.

ducational qualifications (Minimum educational background required to execute the role)



Any Undergraduate Course MBA (HR) is preferable Certification in Human Resources, such as Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), or equivalent certifications from recognized HR professional bodies. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience specifically in Talent Acquisition
