Key Responsibilities:
Work with managers to understand hiring needs
Post job ads and manage applications
Find candidates online and through job sites
Schedule and organize interviews
Help with onboarding new employees
Keep records of recruitment activities
Support simple employer branding tasks
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or similar
At least 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment (preferred)
Good communication skills
Fluent in English
Able to manage multiple tasks
