Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for managing interview schedules for the Talent Acquisition Team - coordinating between business managers and candidates to arrange interviews in a timely manner. Acting as a the key point of contact and liaising between business, HR and the candidate to ensure all interviews are scheduled and conducted on time with minimal disruption.

Key Accountabilities

Interview Scheduling

Contact candidates to arrange interviews with HR and Business interviewers

Manage interviews schedules for all employees grades/levels - up to EXCO

Plan and book interview rooms according to the schedule

Book calendars for interviews attendees

Liaise with Executive Assistants of EXCO members for Senior Hiring Interviews

Logistics Management

Coordinate between candidate and FAB admin team for travel logistics for international interviews

Ensure all travel plans are communicated clearly to all stakeholders

Manage candidate arrangements for flight and hotel

Record Keeping

Maintain records of all interviewed candidates

Track all interviews in central database and ensure feedback to Talent Acquisition team for following interview

Candidate\'s Queries

Responds to candidates queries within agreed turnaround time

Troubleshoot any last minute problems and resolve in the most efficient manner

Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting or any related discipline

Excellent communication skills and facilitation skills

Strong knowledge of microsoft outlook, specifically calendar management

High personal standards of integrity and professionalism

Fluent in english, fluency in arabic is highly desirable

Minimum Experience

Min 1 year of experience as a recruitment coordinator
