\xef\x82\xb7 Coordinates with hiring managers to identify staffing needs with internal and external stakeholders.
\xef\x82\xb7 Clients minded and goal-oriented focus and has a problem-solving attitude.
\xef\x82\xb7 Determines selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff.
\xef\x82\xb7 Sources applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn, Zoho Recruit, Smart recruiter, and other professional networks.
\xef\x82\xb7 Takes the lead in the implementation and coordination of the different talent and performance initiatives.
\xef\x82\xb7 Creates job descriptions and interviews questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
\xef\x82\xb7 Identifies and refines the most suitable talent from available candidates.
\xef\x82\xb7 Works closely with the management to support the overall employee engagement.
\xef\x82\xb7 Consults with management to implement a better and more efficient process for recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
\xef\x82\xb7 Plans interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, video calls, and in-person interviews.
\xef\x82\xb7 Specific point of contact for the recruitment-related topics of your assigned organization scope.
\xef\x82\xb7 Provides clear and accurate recruitment - sales reports and analyses.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 - 5 years of UAE working experience, with a good understanding of the different Recruitment and HR processes and best practices.
Must have good knowledge of labor legislation in at least one of the countries from the Middle East, Turkey, Africa, Asia.
Must have experience in consulting, outsourcing, or another high demanding environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have negotiation skills.
Must have knowledge with the Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, to do, OneDrive.)
Strives to achieve satisfaction and delight of employees and clients. Detail-oriented and hands-on.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills. Self-motivated.
Demonstrates self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm. Must have an immaculate personal presentation.
Must have knowledge of computer systems and other IT-related applications. Upholds ethical business practices.
Must have a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, psychology, or any other related field. Certification obtained from the HR Certification institute would be advantageous.
Must have ATS knowledge (Zoho Recruit, Bloovo, Bullhorn, E-recruit, or any other related application).
