We are seeking a

Talent Acquisition Specialist

to join our team. The role focuses on identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple roles while ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with hiring managers to support workforce needs, manage recruitment pipelines, and deliver timely, high-quality hiring results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles Source candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews Assess candidates' qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and stakeholders Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and talent pipelines Ensure a positive candidate experience at all stages Meet hiring targets and timelines

Qualifications

Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment 1 to 3 years Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously Experience in call center or BPO recruitment is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Qualifications:

Fluent in English (B2+ level). Previous experience in TA from 1 year to 2 year Aware by the labor low Strong written communication and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Available to work full-time on-site in Maadi.
