Collaborating with various departments, you will help identify staffing needs and create a positive candidate experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the company's staffing goals. Partner with hiring managers to identify job requirements and work on crafting accurate and compelling job descriptions. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Screen and shortlist candidates for interviews and coordinate the interview process. Maintain and update candidate databases and track recruitment metrics. Ensure a positive candidate experience through efficient communication and timely feedback. Stay informed about recruitment best practices and industry trends to continuously improve the hiring process.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with hiring managers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively. Knowledge of current employment laws and regulations. * Certifications in recruitment or human resources are a plus.
