Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job briefing to offer acceptance, across various functions and markets.
• Lead large-scale hiring drives through strategic workforce planning and innovative sourcing.
• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates using diverse channels, including digital platforms, social media, referrals, and agencies.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure alignment with organizational standards.
• Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data within the ATS and ensure compliance with policies.
• Analyze and report recruitment metrics to improve time-to-fill and quality of hire.
• Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's image as an employer of choice.
• Continuously enhance recruitment processes, tools, and strategies for operational efficiency.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in high-volume or mass recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously under tight timelines.
• Proficiency in ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
• Strong assessment, interviewing, and decision-making skills.
• Resilient, proactive, and adaptable to dynamic business needs.
