Key Responsibilities

  • Continuously enhance recruitment processes, tools, and strategies for operational efficiency.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in high-volume or mass recruitment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously under tight timelines.
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
  • Strong assessment, interviewing, and decision-making skills.
