Key Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruitment for site and corporate roles (engineering, project mgmt., HSE, etc.)
Partner with business leaders on manpower planning
Manage sourcing through portals, headhunting & vendors
Drive employer branding & recruitment automation
Mentor and lead a team of recruiters
Ensure timely hiring across multiple projects
Requirements:
10+ years in TA, preferably in construction/infrastructure
Strong exposure to technical hiring (civil, MEP, QS, etc.)
Hands-on with ATS, sourcing tools, and analytics
Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement
Experience in bulk and senior hiring
