Position Overview

The successful candidate will lead end-to-end recruitment operations across the region, driving excellence in hiring processes, candidate experience, and performance metrics. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment operations and ensure consistent delivery across all business lines.
  • Lead hiring programs focused on nationalization and large-scale recruitment drives within the GCC.
  • Manage key performance indicators such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and offer acceptance rates.
  • Conduct weekly recruitment review meetings with department heads and project leaders.
  • Develop and maintain data dashboards for recruitment performance tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with senior management to refine recruitment strategy and workforce planning.
  • Support the Head of Talent Acquisition in process optimization and compliance initiatives.
  • Ensure all job requisitions are managed efficiently through applicant tracking systems.
  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters, fostering a high-performance and data-led culture.
  • Deliver accurate and timely reports on recruitment trends, forecasts, and performance analytics.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, including 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven experience managing recruitment operations in the Middle East, including Emiratisation and Saudisation programs.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Workday, SmartRecruiters) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Advanced Excel and reporting skills for metrics-driven decision-making.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with campus and early-career recruiting is advantageous.
