Hudson RPO is seeking an experienced
Talent Acquisition Lead
to deliver end-to-end recruitment for a key client in theautomotive industry
. Based in Dubai, you'll act as the client's main recruitment partner across technical, commercial, and corporate roles, managing the full hiring cycle and building strong relationships with senior stakeholders in a matrix operating environmentKey Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment across the UAE region Advise hiring managers and build proactive talent pipelines Execute direct sourcing and talent attraction strategies Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience Report on hiring metrics and performance data
Requirements
5+ years' recruitment experience, preferably in-house, RPO or from a specialist agency background in the automotive sector. Strong knowledge of the automotive or related sectors UAE or GCC recruitment experience and market knowledge Excellent stakeholder management and sourcing skills We are looking to place before Summer
