We're currently hiring a
Talent Acquisition Lead
for a leading group in Ras Al Khaimah. This is acontractual role
focused on building talent pipelines and leading a high-impact TA team withinReal Estate, Construction, and Engineering
verticals.What You'll Be Doing
:Lead and mentor a
small TA team (2-3 members)
Own and drive theend-to-end recruitment cycle
Partner closely with business leaders to deliver onstrategic hiring plans
Build proactive talent pipelines forcritical and technical functions
What We're Looking For
:8-12 years
of solid Talent Acquisition experience Proventeam leadership
capabilities Industry exposure inReal Estate, Construction, or Engineering
Fluency in Arabic
is a mustArabic-speaking females are highly encouraged to apply
