Job Title: Talent Acquisition Director Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Im currently partnering with a global hospitality group, currently based in Dubai, with their search for a Talent Acquisition Director. The group have a global footprint, with venues stationed across North America, South America, Europe, and the Middle East : and theyre actively looking for a Talent Acquisition Director to join their team, to be based out of their regional head offices in the heart of Dubai. The group have an incredible portfolio of venues and properties, boasting high:end, fine dining restaurants alongside boutique, ultra:luxury residencies and private members clubs : with plenty of exciting plans in the pipeline, regarding further global expansion. Youll be responsible for leading a wider team of 6, and youll be reporting directly into the Global Head of HR. Were needing someone with their finger on the pulse when it comes to talent and the regional markets in the GCC : so were ideally seeking someone who comes from a strong background in independent F and B/hospitality groups OR a hotelier background, as long as you are heavily involved in F and B and senior Exec/operational recruitment. Prior GCC experience is a must too.
