Job Purpose:
To lead and execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategies and drive talent development initiatives to build a high-performing workforce. This role is critical in sourcing, attracting, and developing talent that aligns with our business objectives, with a specific focus on engaging Hindi-speaking talent pools across various functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for diverse roles across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: from job briefing and candidate sourcing to screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Utilize multiple channels (job portals, social media like LinkedIn, referrals, headhunting, and campus drives) to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Leverage Hindi language skills to effectively source, screen, and communicate with a wide candidate pool, particularly for roles requiring regional market expertise or team management where Hindi is prevalent.
2. Talent Development:
  • Assist in identifying training needs across the organization in collaboration with department heads.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and sometimes facilitate training programs (both internal and external) focused on leadership, technical skills, and soft skills.
  • Support the performance management process and help in creating Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for key talent.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of training and development programs.
  • Contribute to initiatives for employee engagement, retention, and succession planning.
3. Data & Administration:
  • Maintain accurate recruitment and training records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) and training participation/impact.
  • Ensure all activities comply with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a combined Talent Acquisition and Talent Development role, preferably within the FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Retail industry.
  • Must have experience working in the UAE/GCC region and be familiar with the local job market and labor laws.
  • Hindi Language Proficiency is mandatory. Must be able to read, write, and speak Hindi fluently to engage with a significant segment of the workforce and candidate market.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.

  • Interviewing & Assessment: Skilled in behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Relationship Management: Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with data and metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Cultural Awareness: Sensitivity and ability to work effectively within a diverse, multicultural environment like Dubai.
