Role Definition
Coordinates with managers, internal team members and outside vendors to ensure successful execution of
recruitment processes.
Main Responsibilities

• Assisting the Talent Acquisition team in the maintenance of all pre-hire employee personnel files and record ensuring timely and accurate data entry for applicant tracking and audits.
• Creating and distributing employment-related correspondence, including interview scheduling, applications, forms, offer letters, travel reimbursement and orientation materials; initiating and monitoring background screening and medical processes.

Staffing and Recruiting: Knowledge of standards, processes, techniques and methods used in staffing and recruiting; ability to identify, select, retain and relocate qualified personnel, both internally and externally, for a wide range of positions.
Level Basic Understanding:

• Identifies fundamental candidate sourcing approaches and vehicles in the staffing function.
• Lists major processes of recruiting for an open position.
• Documents current staffing requirements and obtains additional information if necessary.
• Describes the major activities performed and services provided by the staffing function.
