Key responsibilities: Ensure great candidate experience through providing logistical and administrative support to the recruitment process across functions and geographies Support Talent Acquisition Specialist in recruitment activities where relevant Manage interview/assessment calendar and coordinate between candidate and hiring manager Initiate pre-boarding due diligence activities where applicable Create and store hiring documentation and update data of the new employee in relevant systems (e.g. Workday) Liaise with third party providers as relevant and other functions outside of HR Manage the recruitment platform Occasional support for employer branding activities such as career fairs, social media campaigns etc. Perform other tasks as assigned by managers
