We are keen to find a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to provide recruitment and sourcing support dedicated to a major program in KSA. The role reports into the Talent Acquisition Manager and will be based in Dubai, UAE.
With the support of our experienced and collaborative Talent Acquisition colleagues, you will act as a focal point and trusted advisor for all recruitment related matters, working directly with Hiring Leaders. This is a high-volume hands-on role with a key focus on developing and maintaining relationships with our colleagues within Jacobs and candidates to effectively deliver on recruiting strategies across the Middle East region.
You will be part of a global People Places Solutions Talent Acquisition Team with TA Business Partners covering countries across the globe. To be successful in this role you will ideally be degree qualified and will already have experience of delivering recruitment solutions in a technical, consultancy or construction related business. Preference will be given those who have already worked 'in-house', however we are able to consider Recruitment Professionals who are currently working in agencies.
