Job Summary:



We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter

with a solid background in recruiting for

EPC projects in the oil & gas sector

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding technical and non-technical personnel for various upstream and downstream oil & gas construction projects. Prior experience working in a fast-paced EPC environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities:



Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements across engineering, procurement, construction, and project management functions. Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to oil & gas project timelines and skill demands. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, employee referrals, and headhunting. Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with project stakeholders and technical leads. Negotiate offers and support the onboarding process, ensuring compliance with internal and client-specific HR policies. Maintain an active talent pipeline for project-critical roles including project engineers, HSE personnel, QA/QC, construction managers, planners, procurement specialists, etc. ( White & Blue Collars categories) Ensure all recruitment activities align with company policies, client requirements, and local labour laws. Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source-of-hire, and candidate quality. Collaborate with mobilization and HR operations teams for smooth transition of selected candidates to project sites (onshore/offshore).

Required Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years focused on

oil & gas EPC projects

. Proven ability to recruit technical positions (engineering, construction, commissioning) across the project lifecycle. Strong understanding of manpower planning and mobilization needs for Oil & Gas projects. Familiarity with international hiring, especially for Middle East, Asia, and Africa markets, is a plus. Proficient in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), Excel, and professional networking tools like LinkedIn. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
