Impact:







As Tailwind's Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with leading brands & agencies to sell through the value of Tailwind's advertising technology offering.





In this role you will be reporting directly to Tailwind's Regional Head and working alongside Tailwind's team based in UAE & Europe.




Key Responsibilities:





Drive quarterly and annual revenue initiatives to achieve new business quotas. Develop and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to a wide range of audiences, including high-level marketing professionals and agency ad-tech experts. Build and maintain a sales pipeline and provide commentary to weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting. Participate in events and webinars with our global parners and members of our wider teams to demonstrate thought leadership and evangelise Tailwind's value proposition.



We' re looking for someone who:






Possesses a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the Digital Media or Advertising Technology sector, with hands-on exposure on relevant platforms and advertising technologies. Demonstrates a history of building and maintaining strong, trusting, and collaborative relationships with key senior-level stakeholders in marketing organizations or agencies. Thrives as a driven individual contributor, growing existing sales opportunities and sourcing new ones. Exhibits a track record of owning customer relationships and overseeing the entire sales lifecycle, including client meetings, data analysis, and business reviews. Embraces a collaborative, positive, and can-do approach. Enjoys business traveling when needed. Holds a Bachelor's degree.
