to join our retail fashion shop in Al Ain. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion, excellent tailoring skills, and the ability to work with different types of fabrics and garments to meet customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Take accurate body measurements and perform fittings for customers
Alter, repair, and customize garments according to customer specifications
Handle stitching, hemming, patching, and resizing of various clothing items
Work with both traditional and modern tailoring equipment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tailoring area
Ensure timely completion of tailoring orders and meet deadlines
Provide excellent customer service and professional advice regarding garment alterations
Requirements:
Proven experience as a tailor/seamstress (minimum 2 years preferred)
Expertise in using sewing machines and tailoring tools
Knowledge of different fabrics and garment construction
Attention to detail and high-quality finishing skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Female candidates only (as per shop requirements)
Must be currently based in or willing to relocate to Al Ain, UAE
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
