. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
cutting fabric patterns
for uniforms, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret patterns, measurements, and specifications.
Plan and lay out fabric to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
Supervise and manage fabric cutting for various types of uniforms (school, corporate, industrial, hospitality, etc.).
Ensure cutting accuracy and maintain quality control.
Coordinate with tailors and production team to meet deadlines.
Maintain tools and cutting equipment in proper working condition.
Requirements:
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
as a Cutting Master in a uniform or garment manufacturing unit.
Strong knowledge of
fabric types
, patterns, and cutting techniques.
Ability to work with both
manual and machine cutting tools
.
Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
