Role Overview
The Women's Tailor will be responsible for stitching, finishing, and altering women's garments to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience with luxury or modest fashion and be detail-oriented with excellent craftsmanship skills.
Key Responsibilities
Stitch, assemble, and finish women's garments (abayas, dresses, sets, etc.) according to design specifications. Carry out alterations and adjustments to achieve perfect fit. Work with various fabrics including silk, chiffon, crepe, and embroidered textiles. Collaborate with pattern makers, designers, and quality control team. Ensure timely delivery of garments while maintaining quality.
Requirements
Proven experience as a tailor specializing in women's clothing (minimum 3 years preferred). Ability to handle delicate and luxury fabrics. Strong skills stitching, and finishing. Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work. Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
