Job Description
Good day, we are looking for a skilled and experienced
Tailor
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong sewing skills, a good eye for detail, and the ability to produce high-quality garments according to specifications.As a Tailor, you will be responsible for creating, altering, repairing, and modifying clothing based on client needs or company requirements. You should be able to handle various fabrics and tailoring tools efficiently to deliver excellent results.
Responsibilities:
Take accurate measurements of clients to ensure proper fit Cut, sew, alter, and repair garments as requested Work with different types of fabrics and designs Ensure garments meet quality standards and deadlines Communicate effectively with clients or team members regarding fittings and adjustments Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and tools
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Tailor, Dressmaker, or Seamstress Strong knowledge of sewing techniques and garment construction Ability to operate sewing machines and tailoring equipment Good communication and time management skills Attention to detail and a passion for craftsmanship NOC should be available
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Formal training or certification in tailoring or dressmaking is an advantage
