Tasks

• Handle travel inquiries and reservations for clients, ensuring all details are accurate and meet customer expectations.
• Communicate effectively with Tagalog-speaking customers to provide exceptional service and address any specific travel needs.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers to secure the best possible arrangements for clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, regulations, and destination information to provide informed recommendations.
• Assist in resolving any issues related to bookings or travel arrangements in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

• Fluency in Tagalog and English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in ticketing and reservation within the travel industry.
• Proficiency with global distribution systems (GDS) such as Amadeus or Sabre.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
